Return & Refund Policy

At Minneriya Wild Jeep Safari, we aim to provide memorable safari experiences. This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled when booking safari tours through our website (minneriyawildjeepsafari.com).

1) Cancellations by Customers

More than 7 days before tour date: Full refund (minus payment gateway/transaction fees).
3–7 days before tour date: 50% refund.
Less than 3 days before tour date or no-show: No refund.

2) Cancellations by Minneriya Wild Jeep Safari

In rare cases (e.g., park closures, unsafe weather, jeep breakdowns, or unforeseen circumstances), we may cancel or reschedule your safari. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

3) Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule a booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled safari. Approval depends on jeep and guide availability. Rescheduling less than 72 hours before is subject to fees or may not be possible.

4) Partial Cancellations (Group Bookings)

For group bookings, partial cancellations may be accepted with revised pricing. Refunds will be calculated based on the updated group size and cancellation notice period.

5) Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 7–14 business days).
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
